My S.O., trying to be sweet, bought the oracle 15-17 reverse light. Has anyone modified their rear bumper to mount it, or is it just a good gesture best to get exchanged?

I had one on my 16. Bright as all hell, but it burned out after 6 months.
No joy trying to get a replacement.
I'd pass.

Yah unfortunately I have a 19 GT and the upper bracket arms are to long. I was hoping someone figured out a way to get it to fit. :(

I was in the same situation because of the liars at https://www.blueovalindustries.com/lg0100.html. Even if you break off the two extremely long mounting arms, somehow screw it, you'd need to use some caulking to hold it in so it won't flop. I almost did it but went out and bought the correct part instead.

It's just not worth it.
