2018 Mustang GT with idle issues

My car stalled twice on the way to work at near idle. Sent log to tuner and their response was that I have a fuel trim issue and a "dirty maf" signal.

How would I go about diagnosing?

Also, how do I upload the log here? It is a .CSV file.

Are you completely stock or modded? I would start with the basics and just make sure all wiring connections are good and there's no obvious vacuum leaks or such. Maybe the Maf sensor got dirty during production / assembly and needs cleaned. They make a cleaner for it. Or you can use quick drying electrical parts cleaner.

I have jlt cold air intake, kooks catted headers and E85 flex fuel tune.
