Up for sale is what I’m calling my ’18 intake manifold package, tailored for ’15-’17 GT. This is everything you need to easily replace your stock 5.0 intake (less tuning) with the superior ’18 unit AND maintain the stock engine cover. Assuming I survive the big pandemic and manage to keep my job, my intent is to chase down a GT500 sometime next year, so it makes little sense to me to tear into my car since I never seem to have the time. So, without further rambling, here’s what you get:
Modified 2018 GT intake (not ported). This has had the IMRC/CMCV vacuum solenoids removed, as well as the mounting boss for them; lockouts are in place and included. The top portion of the intake has been painted metallic black with automotive-grade paint. Also included is my mounting setup which allows the use of the stock ’15-’17 engine cover. You can read more about it, and see pics of cover fit, in my build thread: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/strokerswilds-bolt-on-show-off-thread.91334/
OEM fuel rail. Speaks for itself.
New set of Ford Racing 47# injectors. Box was opened to verify contents, was sealed back up immediately afterward.
New, in package, Steeda heat shield for the underside of the intake manifold.
Also included but not pictured is the vacuum line assembly that runs from the master cylinder booster to the front of the intake, which I had intended to use portions of to keep my original unit intact.
Price for everything is $575, which includes the ride anywhere in the continental US. I will not separate, I want it all gone to clear up some clutter. Price is fairly firm as I've got more invested in it plus a fair amount of my time.
