A couple of ideas: 1) Could be the gear the AT was in. 2) centrifugal blowers have lower torque, but my guess is 3) the tune.
I had a stock 2009 Bullitt with only a vortech but with the Brenspeed tune I had it made 429 rwtq and 488 rwhp. It was a stick. With the "canned" tune only made in the 3s.

I'm thinking with DI, e85 is really going to be where these cars shine with FI.

Because the computer will shut the run down in 7th due to top speed limitations.

So yes, these numbers are going to be low if it was run in 5th.
That's my point, stock they got 433whp in 5th which is on the higher side, and about 50whp more than the dynos I've seen in 6th. Also they could use 6th just fine.
