2018 EcoBoost - 9100 Miles, Clutch death?!?!

Long story short... I drive. Spirited... in S+ with the paddle shifter's. Because Mustang.

However, one night, car went into limp mode, wrench icon and all. Got it towed to the dealer, somehow the clutch died on a car with only 9k miles... I think that 10 speed is made of plastic, wtf. Took them about a week to fix it, master tech hadn't been inside the new 10 speed yet. I have the car back now, thankful I never put the Cobb tune on because I'm sure they would have blamed that!

Anyone else have an issue like this? I really don't like this 10 speed transmission at all.

Right on! So they replaced the clutch on your A10, is that what the tech told you? At least it's back on the road now.

It’s a known issue with SOME 10R80’s and does not affect all.

Can you post up what your build date is?

Cobra Jet, That would be it! I asked if there was a bulletin for it and they said no. I wonder if that bulletin is because of mine, haha!

Yeah, they fixed what Cobra Jet just posted. Exact same issue.
