Says the engine is maxed out from factory already but i don't believe seeing all these tuners put out good numbers with just intake, e85 and tune.

e85 is always going to produce better numbers over stock but it's not practical in most places. I think his point is to not expect huge HP jumps from a 93 pump gas tune and intake like we did with the 15-17's.

Do you have something to contribute that says otherwise?

The point of the video is that chasing small intervals of improvement probably isn't worth it if you're looking to get your money's worth for straight line speed.

Flores only cares about straight line speed. He doesn't care about IRS, magride, and other improvements that are going to help a driver doing HPDE so in his eyes the 11-14 is still a good buy.
