Don't know, really... If MY17 plays out as MY16 did, yes.
There's a rumor running around that "only a handful of R's will be built for MY17", and if that's the case I would suspect that late allocations for R's will not be as common of an occurrence as MY16.

What is the history of their ar allocations? How many have they gotten for '17?
If its a msrp deal with a low deposit amount, you can always put your money down and keep searching for a real, secured R allocation, which is tough to find. Ford made under 500 Rs for 2016. Expected amount for 2017 may or not be the same. Dealers thru the year will get an occasional loto pick car, but there will be few.
