Got my vin!

Placed an order in June for a Magnetic Metalic GT350/TP. Initially was given a 4th quarter build estimate. My dealer has been allocated 4 GT350 and 1 R. 2 of the vehicles arrive in the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately, mine is not one of them. Either way, I am still very excited to announce that I have received a VIN and a build date of 30NOV15.....(1FA6P8JZ9G5521772)

GREAT, looks like they are about 30% in on the total 16 build.

Finally received my VIN today as well!!!

Ordered August 5th with a build date scheduled for week of January 4th. ;)

I might get my car this year.

So when you call Ford Performance do you have to know a VIN number or if you just provide them your name and dealer can they look up anything?

I don't have a VIN yet so when I call to ask the status of my order FP has asked for my Dealer Code and Order Number. Both of these are on your VOC or DORA.

Are you the guy that has an order @ MSRP ? The dealer gave you the option to back out of the deal and gives the dealer that option also. So when the car arrives the dealer has the option to sell it to a higher offer. Is this correct or did you change the order requirements ?
