2016 gt350 vin updates

Ok, after reading all of the above, I decided to call Ford Performance.
Which I try not to do to often, as I am sure we are all driving them nuts.
That said, he looked up my car and the build date still shows Nov. 23rd
Not Dec. like my dealer printed off this morning.
So I would say something is a little out of whack somewhere.

Mike at Ford Performance did say, we only can see what Flat rock up dates in their
system. So he doesn't have much more information than that.
I asked and as far as he knows, no R's have been shipped yet.

All the cars going to Mexico are base models. 184 total = 20% of total production
10 % to canada. If this keeps up that's 30% of the 5000 = 1500 that leaves 4500 for USA oops I meant 3500
Not saying if these numbers will hold up.

Yeah I doubt it, looks more like a one time thing to get out of the way, especially how all the cars heading to mexico were all in one big block and didnt seem to be ordered custom in anyway

You meant 5000 less 30% (1500) = 3500. But it's a really good point, when foreign units are taken into account, the US will get a good deal less than the estimated 5000 per year.

Good thing that Ford kept all of the 2015 cars in the U.S. and did not ship any to Canada and/or Mexico.

It will be interesting as to how many 2016 R models will go to The Great White North and South to Mexico or abroad for that matter?

There are over 120 million people in Mexico to Canada's 30 Million. Then there are the "Car"tels and all. :shrug: ;)

My vin was on the list posted above. Production number 390. Why was it on the list before but not now? My car was ordered on 8-6-15. The build date was 10-20-15. My dealer told me it was to be delivered between 10-24 through 10-31. Still no car. Then they told me the week of 11-7. Still no car. Then ford emailed me and said it was released 11-4-15 and brought back to the plant on 11-5-15 for unknown reasons. I called 1800392FORD AND THEY can not find my vin number in the system either nor can they find my car. I live less then 30 miles away from flat rock and they can't find my / our cars? Wtf. I'd like to at least receive my car before the snow falls here in Michigan!!!
