2016 Fluid question

Picked up my 16' GT last night. Typical notchy shifts when cold. What fluid is everyone swapping over too? Redline MTL? I'll also will ordering the blowfish bracket and running the stock shifter.

i changed over to Royal Purple Synchromax. Noticeably better smoothness

I don't think there is a ford approved replacement. Get a blowfish bracket it will fix most of your issues
