2016 Base/Allocation @ MSRP?

With the MY2017 details coming out, it's become apparent that I need to get my hands on a 2016 Base before it's too late.

Does anyone know of/have any open allocations on an MSRP deal, preferably something closer to the West Coast? My end goal is to get the latest MY2016 delivery date possible.
