I haven't been able to see my car on COTUS since 3/30

I haven't been able to see mine since 3 April -- something about the dealer using the same code for another order. Ford Service assured me that everything looked good on their end -- it's just that any little thing will break COTUS. Ford Service said that when a VIN gets issued, it will clear it all up. What isn't clear is how I will get the VIN... Or which Thursday my order will be pulled...

I visited the dealership on the 27th, but the order didn't actually make it in until the 30th or 31st because the inventory/ordering people weren't in late on Friday, or over the weekend -- I was able to see the order in COTUS on Wednesday, but after that I wasn't able to log in -- so I PM'ed Ford Service on here with my info, and they told me the order was in, and not to worry...

I ordered on the 26th and am in the same boat. Another guy on here ordered after us and already has a VIN. Not sure of his setup though.

From what I understand, due to the holidays they didn't pull any orders last Thursday -- so this will be the first legit Thursday they could plausibly pull our orders. I wonder if there are some Performance Pack components that might delay things?

Looking at another thread and somebody said they are out of non HD fmt and their new window stickers say sync 3

Yea, I have HD without Nav.... If somebody without HD gets sync 3 but I don't Ill be upset. LOL

I'd really like to know this too -- I don't have a VIN, and consequently don't have an EDD. I ordered about the same time, and I have one of those coveted $750 cash coupons from Ford that expires on 5/15. I will be pissed if I can't use it.

the EDD is pretty accurate. mine was about a week within the EDD.
