Drive-in's still exist?

Don't call me Shirley.SURELY somebody at Ford has taken their car to the drive-in movies. Surely somebody at Ford likes to go to the beach and listen to their stereo with the doors/trunk open. Surely I'm not the only one?
Van Buren Drive In Riverside Ca (So Cal)I am so glad I checked into this thread.
I haven't seen a drive-in in So Cal in years, that is used for movies anyway, but I have this problem when I wash the car. From spray down to final touches takes around 2 hours and I have to get in and hit the power button several times.
Now that I know the "secret" about the radio power button, Gold!
Who would have thought that button would be hot w/the power off?
Cheers!
Would not recommend this, that hood will bend. :frusty:Why aren't you outside on a blanket on the hood/truck of your car with a radio?
;)
Durham isn't too far away:eyebulge:Haha. I had one drive-in experience.
I was a junior in high school...Durham, NC. There was this small drive-in (I believe it was called Star) that occasionally showed porn. My bf (wild preacher's son) and I got in with no problems. I remember there were not many cars, and the drivers I could see were solitary "older" guys.
Porn, at a drive-in! In NC!
'72 Econoline van ... ugly shag carpet and all. Best drive in vehicle there was. ;)Best car for drive-ins? '71 Torino station wagon. Back into the stall, put the seat down and lie in the back with pillows and popcorn. Of course, a blanket was necessary to have fun with the gal.
