What options would you like to carry over from current MY? Which new ones? Which ones should be standard equipment?

Carry over:
- track pack
- recaros
- gears

New options:
- more wheel options for track package
- add CAI to track package. Bullitts have it

New standard equipment:
- brembos on v8 and turbo trim but i am willing to compromise here in order to keep base price as low as possible.
- paddle shifters for v8/turbo automatics

Definitely track pack and recaros as options for the lower models but as standard equipment for higher performance models.

I'd like to see an assortment of factory sold performance upgrades - tunes, CAI, limited slip, sway bars, etc. I think they could make a killing selling this stuff and we get to keep warranty while modding. Who's with me!? :D

Are you saying that there will be a Bullitt Mustang for the 2015 model?

Dual clutch tranny with paddle shifters would be great if it doesn't add too much to the cost.

No. CAIs are one of the typical first mods people make and ford has actually delivered them from the assembly line before - with the bullitt. I believe the 2008/2009 bullitts were the first ever. I have not seen a frpp cai for the coyote so its not likely. However, i would like that as an option.

Dual clutch transmission would be just awesome but for some reason has mostly been ruled out as possible by members here (if i remember correctly)? I would love to have it as an option. At least give it to us as an option for those who think its worth the extra $.

I'm not familiar with the claimed performance gains that the Bullitt CAIs had. Do you remember what they were? Anything special about the CAIs other than being freer flowing (carbon fiber or anything)?

If i recall correctly, there is a 15 hp gain with the bullitt factory cai and tune.

Besides the auto dim mirrors, these are pretty luxurious options I'm not sure we'll see on the Mustang.

I'd like to see more options for the performance side of things. A dual clutch transmission option, large brakes, racing seats, limited slip diff, performance upgrades (for engine, suspension, chassis) straight from the factory that can be port installed.

How can a tune + CAI only yield 15 hp? This is why even tho I'm a NA engine fan by tradition, the upside of a turbo engine tempts me. Any random tune for a turbo motor will gain double that easily.

I feel like you guys are forgetting a little something on those Bullitt CAI's. As you guys recall, the made the 4.6L produce 315 HP over the 300 HP from the 05-09 GT's. They made that "CAI" standard for the 2010 GT's, and have been standard since the Coyote's have been implemented.

Right there on the filter box it says "cold air induction" with a little snow flake on it.

Yep, and with the launch of the Coyote, Ford stated the CAI would make the aftermarket redundant as is was as efficient as it could be.

Well, the aftermarket still produced CAIs for the 2011+..........but whether it's really worth the upgrade? Hmmm, not so sure.

The only way a CAI made a noticeable gain on the Coyote was to change the diameter of the MAF housing, which required a tune. You could argue that those two items together are significant, but, as we've already seen, the few "no-tune" CAI's don't really do much for you. Heck, even the FRPP tune only comes with a K&N filter.

CAI's on coyotes appear to add nothing, infact I noticed no changes in mph or times when I ran mine with and without the stock airbox at the track last spring (the stock airbox is actually better due to it being enclosed). The biggest bang for your buck is lightweight aluminum driveshaft, tune, and cat deletes...almost a full second with good traction.

I'd like to see the following:

-heated/cooled seats
-tech package (HID/LED lighting, heated mirrors with auto dimming, etc.)
-selectable/configurable driver modes
-adaptive cruise control
-push button start, smart keyless entry, and memory seats

I want to see this car have the same range of options that a BMW 4-series has, from performance (M-sport/Track Pack) to luxury (comfort access, upgraded interior). Make people cross-shop and compare the two.

Generally, I think as a minimum, the interior needs to be at least as good as a fusion. Quality leather trim, better cup holders, better console

Stereo needs to be better

Power recaros, keyless entry and start, all options need to be available on top models,

I am only interested in svt models, but the gt needs to be equal or better than the m4 on performance ( like current gt)

More ford racing options for factory install (different rotors, springs, shocks, etc) similar to the German performance cars which have quite a selection of brake, suspension, exhaust, cai, and other performance upgrades
