Same dealership I getting mine from sold me 07 Shelby, first one in area at msrp. I ended up not taking delivery and they sold it to next on the list at msrp. They do not charge over msrp for in state buyers. One of the many reasons I've been buying from them for 20 years. I didn't even set out to get an LE. I had talked to them the day after debut about specing out one of their initial stock orders for me (which they agreed to). When the LE was announced and allotment announced, they called and offered to me at msrp. I kinda fell into an LE. I almost feel guilty knowing people out there are still hunting. Almost.....

That's why I said most not all :)
And you should consider yourself lucky to have access to a dealership like that.

I disagree.
When 2007 Shelby came out, MOST of them were sold over MSRP.
With LE being such a low production vehicle , I think most units will be sold over MSRP and those who get it for MSRP or below MSRP should consider themselves lucky :)
Do you have access to all the 07 GT500 deals to know most were over MSRP? I know a lot of guys that paid sticker or less.

While I don't know for certain, its my opinion most 50th LE cars will go around MSRP. Right now our little unofficial pole is 50/50.

I think initially there's been a fair amount at MSRP, but that will probably change as allocations fill.

I think it also depends on the affluency of where you live and whether or not there are a bunch of rich people willing to pay whatever to get one. In the Seattle area, all the dealers were asking 10-20k over and were actually getting offers. I'm going to be happy if I can get one for 5k over after my month long battle.

Actually I do. I work for Ford and I know in Detroib region 85% of 07 Shelbys were sold over MSRP.

And most dealers that I know that are getting the LE will not sell for MSRP.
