2015 GT is hard to start

I have a ‘15 GT with a P-1SC Stage 2 intercooler. Upon startup it’s acting like a flooded carbureted car would. It it got a couple codes relating to O2 sensors. I bought the 2 downstreams and NAPA doesn’t have the uppers. I’ve got new plugs and a MAF coming. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong? Thank guys!!

What’s your codes, complete list?

Is the TB original, or if not what type? Has it been cleaned recently?


Have you checked the battery terminals recently? The 2015-2017 S550’s are known to have some bad cable corrosion. If there’s cable corrosion at battery posts, it’s most likely in the cable ends too. That alone will cause poor starts.

Don’t throw parts at it. Work from the symptoms and codes first by process of elimination.

When did it start doing this? Downstream 02’s will not fix your issue.

are you running E85? my car HATES cold mornings...

X2 on e85 and cold. Below 50 can sometimes even give me problems
