2015 GT Fuel injector plug replacement wire coloring

I just found 2 injector plug wires that were eaten by mice. The car ran great yesterday but this morning I instantly felt the misses. Injectors wires on 1 and 3 on the driver side were eaten through. The stock wires are green and looks like light brown. The aftermarket replacements are red and black. I don't think it makes a difference as is it is just an on off switch but thought I would ask if anyone knew in case the red needed to go to a specific harnes wire.
