What caused the motor work to be done? Was there a problem that needed to be fixed? Also are the miles still current, or are we above 50k now?

Cars been in storage, totally forgot I left this post up. I am most definitely trying to sell!

I had ringland failure in a cylinder and the car was down on compression. That’s the reason for the motor rebuild, it’s fairly common on stock motors I just got unlucky with how soon it happened. The car sits at 44k miles currently and the motor is around 12-13k ish.
