2014 gt paxton p2196 p2198

Hi everyone I have a 2014 GT with a Paxton 2200 3.6 pulley fore triple pump fuel system and no cats. I have 2 codes for p2196 p2198. Ive replaced both O2 sensors and the purge valve and its still running really rich. Car is getting full boost at wot. Car cranks a little to start at first but once it does it runs and idles fine. Ive been trying to get an appointment with my tuner who's name i won't mention because he does awesome work. Its just like pulling teeth trying to get an appointment. Any help you could give me would be great!
