2012 mustang v6

Anyone have any feedback on 2012 model year V6 mustangs? Looking at possibly picking one up. I don't know much about their reliability and what kind of issues to look for. Thanks.

p.s. the v6 in it is still the same v6 in current models.

And it makes more power than the current V6.

just a packaging difference and ECU tuning that equate for that horsepower change. Looks better than the Ecoboost has 10 more HP instead of just 5.

Interesting thanks. My 2015 is going to out of commission for quite awhile and I can't see renting a car for a couple months its really expensive to do so and get nothing for it. I found the 2012 and it looks to be a good deal. Was owned by an older lady, had constant maintenance etc, does not look like it was abused. Only about 40k miles too. It would become my sons car when he gets his license next year and he would take over payments then. Going to check it out tomorrow.

Are there any sort of issues I should look for when inspecting the car?

not really, nothing unusual or weird with them. Other than a cheaper/older interior motiff and a SRA instead of a IRS it's got clear DNA linking it to yours. :-)
