2011-14 GT stock headers on S550?

Here's my setup. 2018 with 11-14 driver side header. And lethal cat delete pipes. I had to grind the flange on the driver side cat delete pipe. And reclock it. But it works. Im wondering if the mak version would avoid having to do this.

Honestly I think the mak look like t304ss..
These to me look like ceramic coated or painted.

Would i be able to use the 2014 drivers manifold on my 2018 factory catalytic converter if i weld a flange on the cat?
