1st to 2nd gear

Has anyone had any issues going from what appears to be 1st to 2nd gear? Usually happens in the morning when its been wet or cold. Happened this morning as I was pulled off from a stop sign. Car appeared to act like it was in manual then going from 1st to 2nd, it jerked violently. Today was the worst case but have herd noises and or felt something before but none like today.

2015 3.7L V6. 1800 miles.

my wife has a S550 V6 too. she doesn't use the shifters but I have been eager to do so. im guessing that is what you are driving. are you thinking its not fully engaged in sport mode? .....or that the transmission isn't fully shifting into 2nd? Either way once I drive my GT I will get into hers and test out the shifters. Im sorry but i want my GT to be the first S550 I drive.
it sounds like a bad shift when someone shifts into a higher gear at a low speed and doesn't know how to adjust the clutch and throttle ratio to account for the difference in RPM's.
