Hello :) I got my 2016 Mustang Ecoboost with manual transmission last week. I am hearing low level noise in 1st and 2nd gears. I went back to the dealer to get it checked. They checked and told me that the noise is normal as the car's transmission is equipped with 3 synchros. I'm also feeling mild vibration (very less) while coasting at 60 to 70 mph. No vibrations while accelerating, this engine feels good while revving :headbang:.
I'm not sure if this is how the car is. Did any one of you experience them?

No, but at 500 miles I drained the tranny and put in Amsoil Synchromesh manual tranny fluid.

Cool. I'm getting the noise all the time as long as the vehicle is in 1st and 2nd gears, not just while shifting. Do you think changing transmission fluid may solve this issue?

Sounds like normal gear whine that everyone mentions. When I had my manual took it to the dealer as well when I first heard it at about 500 mi, was just something I had never experienced with my previous car. Amsoil does NOT have a fluid they recommend for the MT-82.
