In this day of Internet anonymity it can sometimes be hard to know that information and its good for those involved on this site, vendor or member to know who they are dealing with.

don't be concerned, cp-e products carry a lifetime warranty
we stand behind our products!
You may find cheaper alternatives that target being "the cheapest" while cp-e engineers parts and produces a premium final product.
