1968 GT350 spotted at shop while getting my exhaust installed

The shop that installed my exhaust was also working on a black 1968 Shelby GT350. I got a quick picture of my car next to it while they were pulling mine into the shop. The car was in very good shape, but apparently was having some work done on the brakes.

Beautiful car! And yours is, too! Is that in San Antonio? I see the 'Hemisfair' plate on the old one.

This was at a shop north of Houston in the Woodlands area. I noticed the plates too, but was not sure what they meant.
