I think the grille stripe should match the label it is. If it’s white label, white stripe. His has a yellow stripe when most have red ones. Hmm.....
Funny Frank, I thought the exact same thing.

When we were at Fab Ford's I went and checked out there exhibit and I was surprised that that was not the case. It seems pretty obvious to me but what do I know:lol:

I agree with you, I was thinking similarly!

Mind you, I'd prefer no stripe on the grille at all, but that's just me :)

saw the car in person this week, i actually like the bumper. kinda reminds me of a 13/14 V6 Bumper (since they didnt have Fog Lights). Kinda curious if they will do a Black Label, love the look of the 15-17 Black Label cars

I like the Black Label, too. Unfortunately, according to Amy Boylan, the '18 Black Label isn't getting the updated lights. Not sure if this means the '18+ Black Label will need to be based on the '17 and under, or of they'll just supply the '17 headlamps......as the rest of the front end is unique. A shame, as I think the '18 headlamps would work well on the front end, but I guess it would have been expensive to tool up for a new fascia and grille. That being said, this one appears to have the modified (vented) front fenders that were originally shown on Saleen's 30th Anniversary cars.

the lower grill should also match the upper grill. so many design quirks on these

saw them in person at carlisle...still not a fan. it's too plain. doesn't look aggressive at all. and they just keep rehashing the same design model after model. the center gauge cluster looks like an afterthought and not integrated at all.

the black label hood is the only thing that looks aggressive and original. the bumper reminds me too much of tuna the dog...

Design wise, I like what they've done. However, as a current S550 Saleen owner, I think they should add more value for the price you pay. It's mostly a cosmetically good looking car. When I bought the car, I thought was getting more than I thought. Comparably, I was looking at RTR, they give you better suspension mods that include adjustable coilovers for about the same price. Their cars start as PP stangs too. That's the way Saleen should've done it.

The Ingot silver one at Fab Fords had me wanting to sign papers right there! The value actually wasn't bad either (Considering no ADM lol).

Better shot of the price tag here ($57,885).

Of course the black label was higher but it looks every penny of it...

Another shot of the magnetic.

Of course, their sports car which looks a lot better in person. The mass vs volumes/shapes were nice. Kinda like a smaller voluptuous woman.

To really set you apart, I'd say the black label is the ideal Saleen to have. Although that new front end on the white and yellow labels do set you apart too. My 17' looks like a stock stang sometimes.

The black label looks sooo good in person. The carbon lower body work is a nice touch. But y'all knew i'd say that :cwl:

I like the new refresh design much better than the 1st S550 version.

I thing the upper, lower and side(under headlight ) grilles should match better though.

Would definitely consider one of these.
