  1. Will a full size 18" wheel fit in the spare wheel well?
  2. How about 19"? (Bad idea to buy a 19" set with stock spare?)
  3. Will a set of 18" tires fit in the trunk/ folded down back seats?

As of now, I am planning on getting a new set of 18" for summertime and switch the tires of the stock wheels with winter tires. I do like 19" a little better but the issue with the spare and being able to use the stock all seasons give good reason for 18s. Opinions?

1. 18" spare should fit. Should. Didn't see or try yet.

All of the 18" and 19" tires, regardless of wheel diameter, have the same total diameter (27" if I recall correctly). So that shouldn't be a problem. I've heard that full-size spares will fit in the tray if you deflate the tire, but I haven't tried it since I don't have my car yet.
