Ask the dealer who they use for those types of repairs. All dealers have used the spot repair/paint companies at some point. Even Porsche and Ferrari do. Some companies that offer detail service , ppf do that kind of work or can refer you to one.

I have a guy who does PDR and small paint repairs, he also does some dealer work. So yes, you should be able to find someone who does smaller repairs like what you have. I would guess if you took it to a body shop, they would want to repaint the whole thing.

IMHO that looks like a bubble/flaw so it should be covered under warranty.

Took a peak underneath and there’s definitely an impact on the inside so I think this one may be my fault unfortunately.

The body shops say that you cannot blend clear into clear without failure. I see mobile body repair guys that do it all the time though.
