Recently I observed my eb started jerking while driving. Following this it started stalling at low rpms and while reversing. It will throw random codes every now and then but as soon as I restart it, it runs fine. Just continues to stall and jerk. I replaced the purge valve today and it didnt help. Ive got the low pressure fuel sensor coming as it looks to be the original that everyone has issues with. Any help with somewhere else to look would be greatly appreciated.

Those would be the two most common parts to replace for such issues. See how that works out. And, FYI, codes are not random... they might help someone help you. If the fuel sensor doesn't do it and you do get more codes, post them up.

It's mainly when it's misfiring that it gives random codes. When its just jerking and stalling it doesnt throw a code. Every now and then when It stalls it'll misfire pretty good. The only code I get consistently is p0332(knock sensor 2). A location on that sensor would be great. Other than generic codes for the bcm and rcm (completely different issue) there are no consistent codes. I was able to pick up that the knock sensor was fluctuating way more than it should as well as the low pressure sensor was fluctuating higher than it was supposed to. These are the only issues my scanner has been able to pick up.

There are 2 knock sensors on the 2.3L both being under the intake manifold with sensor 1 between cylinder 1/2 and sensor 2 being between cylinder 3/4 as seen in attached image. You likely have a bad knock sensor 2 that is giving erratic reading causing misfires and stalling/jerking. It's the one at rear side of engine to the right in pic.

Alright, found my culprit, luckily before I took off everything to do the knock sensor. Turns out my harness had fell and was making contact with a pulley so I had to do some wire repair and no codes since. I went ahead and replaced the fuel sensor and evap valve. However I still have a stutter at lower rpms while driving (between 50-60mph or between 1-2k rpm.) And still dies on me intermittently at a stop while in gear. (If I throw it in neutral it stutters but doesnt stall). I have a scanner and am looking but the only thing I've found that appears out of whack would be the actual fuel tank pressure which will come out of the negative intermittently. Is there somewhere to find all the stock values for all of my settings so I can look more closely at what is out of spec? I believe that one of my sensors may be bad since the short but its not throwing a code and nothing is jumping out at me while checking the scanner.

I did also recently replace the ignition coils. Im waiting til pay day to order some of adam tunes plugs and then they'll be changed but I wasn't having any issues with these plugs before the big issues started.

You may want to look at the throttle body and see if there is any carbon buildup on the butterfly and bore which can cause issues with the airflow and confuse the PCMs control of the butterfly.
