Which transmission type is best?

  • I don't care one way or the other.

  • This argument is pointless, and I won't take part in it.

  • There is no "right" answer, it's a matter of personal preference.

  • It doesn't matter to me what someone else chooses, I'm happy with MY choice.

  • I'm very insecure and NEED to bash other people's decisions to feel good about myself.

Don't act like manuals don't have dumb nanny systems and gas saving shit on them these days. I'm looking at your gear lock-outs GM. I bet that shit never happens in their automatics :cwl:
I'm sure that Dave's experience with his Bronco's transmission putting itself in park - just the fact that it can - rebuts any notion of "that shit never happens in automatics".

Only losers think there's more to life than winning all the time
Losing - at least sometimes - is part of life. Try to get used to it.

So what is pizza like in the great land down under. Any specialties?
You guys would have so much more choice in terms of franchises such as pizza hut dominos

We don't have an "aussie" style of pizza either.
However, we have local pizzerias that can range from cheap and nasty to fairly pricey and very good......

Personally, I don't mind a dominos pizza, for the price

You only call it "dumbed down" because you're mad at not understanding it. It's sad really. Every manual driver has the potential to become at least a passable Auto Boy, but most are too afraid to try.
Not true. If you can't do your own rev matching on a forced AT downshift you aren't even up to my AT skill level.

Understanding automatics is probably the biggest reason I don't care to drive them.

That sir is a handmade pizza. Mik is a man of many talents. I'm betting is a lot better than most pizzeria pizzas.
Just how many “talents” does Mik have and how would you know about them? This oughta be good….lol.

Losing builds character. Winning builds esteem. You need both to grow.
Of course.

I've done some winning in my life, and sometimes it comes in unexpected forms. Like the time I got a point-by from a 7th gen Corvette driver who wanted to know something about the way I was tackling T3 at NJMP/Thunderbolt that was better than the way he was.

Losing in a straight line challenge never bothered me, nor did winning there ever do much for me.

It better be. You live in NJ. No bad pizza in NY or NJ. Or else.
Looks OK by south jersey standards.
