Had my new wheels and tires installed last week with new aftermarket TPMS sensors and I am having a problem with the sensors. We used Schrader easy sensors that attach to the back of the valve stems. Problem that I am having is the car shows that it is communicating with the sensors but the air pressure is way off. How I figured this out was last week I noticed one of the valve stems did not get completely tight during install so the tire was losing air. I fix the problem and looked at the cluster to see where my pressure was. It was showing 37 pounds (I know that is to much) on all 4 tires. When I checked it manually, the one tire that was leaking was at 20 pounds and the other three were at 39 pounds. I lowered all 4 down to 32 pounds which is what Ford suggest. The car is still showing 37-39 pounds in the cluster. I went to the Ford dealer to have the sensors relinked with the car. He couldn't get the car to go into learn mode(first new Mustang they have sold so they don't really know much about the car) and their equipment couldn't pick up the sensors in the wheels. I then went to a local well known tire company (Les Schwab)and their equipment couldn't pick up the sensors either. I am at a loss at this point as to what I need to do to get these to communicate properly. The weird thing is the car isn't popping any lights on. It's acting as if communication is happening. Thoughts?

First, have you verified gauge accuracy? :-)

Can you put one of the original wheel/tire/sensor assemblies back on the car in its original location and go for a drive to see if the pressure shows up on the display?

The training procedure for the 2015 is the same (or almost the same) as for my 2012 except replace "key" with "start button". It is detailed in the factory service manual so the dealer shouldn't have had a problem unless the sensors simply are not compatible with 2015 Mustangs. I programmed a set of autocross wheels/tires/ford 2015 sensors early this week using an ATEQ tool and it worked fine. I've verified accuracy of the sensors and verified that the computer knows the correct corner.

For an earlier set of autocross wheels/tires/sensors the 2015 sensors were back ordered so I used Schrader sensors purchased for my 2012. They "self trained" to report pressures during a short drive but could not be trained to the correct locations. The car happened to assign the fronts to the rear and the rears to the front. :-)

CJ Pony parts sells the 2015 Ford sensors for a good price.

My local tire retailer told me that the EZ sensors we had used were designed for vehicles with a light on the dash, not vehicles that actually display pressure. They ordered correct sensors for me and replaced them. The car is still not reading accurately. I have the pressure set at 32 ponds and the dash is showing 3 tires at 37 and one at 39. I then had the dealer reset the sensors and vehicle and it is still displaying the same pressure. The dealer wants to try and reset it with the OBD computer. At this point I am at a loss. Any suggestions? The tire dealer said they made sure these were the correct units for the car.

It took almost 24 hours the first time I put new wheels/tires/sensors on my car for it to read correctly. Now it reads the sensors every time with correct PSI.
