I know what Ford recommends and have been following those milestones for filters and fluids, but are there any other parts or services that people have found that are worth doing at this mileage as cheap insurance? I'm currently at 94k and will probably be tipping over 100k around the end of the year. No noise from the front of the motor so I assume the chains and guides are happy for a good while longer.
I'll already be doing the valve cover gaskets as I have a couple VVT actuator seals starting to weep. Suspension was refreshed about 5k ago with new shocks and Steeda springs and I also have whiteline diff bushings that will be going in. Brakes are new as of a couple thousand miles ago. Trans and diff fluid were done at 90k and will be done again once I hit 120k.
I'm planning on doing oil, coolant, brake fluid flush, intake filter, cabin filter and a serp belt so far. Anything I'm missing?
