So far I have installed Eibach Sportlines on my base GT with the stock 18x8 wheels still in use. I am planning on upgrading wheels/ tires in a few months but want to get spacers in the mean time. I took some crude measurements and it looks like 1" is going to put the front and back at flush with the fender. The top of the tire, which sits almost parallel with the fender looks like it might take 1.5" and be okay. Should I go 1" all around or 1.5" in the back and 1" in the front?

If you're using the same wheel, the offset calculation is pretty easy; it's just the size of the spacer, so a one inch spacer will push the wheels out one inch yay!

For reference, I went from the stock 8" wheel to an 8.5" wheel with a 1" spacer. It pushes the face of the wheel out 44mm further than stock and it looks like this:

To visualize, compared to this picture your stock 8" wheels on a 1" spacer would be tucked further in by about 3/4"; a 1.5" spacer would make them tuck in about 1/4".
