I've had a great experience with Dakota and cant recommend him enough.

I just flashed my flex tune last night, got my first fuel tank of E85(got a brand new gas station 2 miles down the road that has e85). It looks like my car has not learned the e85 yet, even though I filled up at 2 miles left and idled with RPM holds for 25 minutes.

Hopefully that changes soon, so I can upload my E85 race tune!
