Looking at the time slips (car 1777) you might think the runs were pretty good. The car feels dead in the middle of the track and feels slow for the times it's running. I'm thinking the 1/8 mph should be at least 100mph on a car going 132 through the traps. This was in 500ish DA. Anyone else think something seems off? Going to send Whipple the logs to look at and see what they say.

logs are all that matters, nothing anyone can really say without seeing a physical log of the car,

the 60 is good, and the mph is good for some 10.7s to 10.8s

I have been watching the Whipple times and a little confused too. I haven't taken my car to the track and my thoughts are based off of my last car that I tracked often. Forgive me but it was a 2011 Supercharged SS auto that dynod 652 rwhp and with MT street ET DR's It ran a 11.05 @ 125.53 with a 1.633, 60' and 100.43 1/8mph in October HOT day high DA. Then same setup in November night race cool temps, low DA ran 10.40 @ 131.32 with a 1.517, 60' and 104.95 1/8 mph.

With the Whipple 130 or better mph in hot temps I would think ET, and 1/8 mile numbers would be better? Can't wait to see them run with some good temps and DA :)

Sent the logs off so we'll see what they say. The timing looks pretty good in the logs, 16-20 but I am by no means even moderately good at reviewing logs. I can't think of anything other than the bypass valve opening during the run but I wasn't watching the boost gauge like I wanted to. The car feel much fast doing rolls on the street.

I am very happy with my Whipple tune and don't wont a custom tune just curious as to the track times compared to the dyno. Like I said my only comparison is to my last car which only dynode 652 rwhp and everyone said this shop had a "Happy Dyno" and I ran consistent 10.40's with a top mph of 131. The Whipple easily has the mph and 60' but isn't close on ET? Same weight car too.

I'm sure it will run better ETs but that doesn't mean anything to me if the car doesn't feel fast and isn't fun to drive because of some issue. I'll sell that Whipple faster than you can say DA

So I think I figured it out. Thanks to Tommy V for helping me look at the logs in the SCT software. We noticed the car was shifting at 6600 for whatever reason so the 2-3 shift probably had me out below the power band because of the early shift which I really think explains the low 1/8 mile mph. I had the RPM limit switch set to max which is supposed to put me at 7800 but it's not working for whatever reason. As soon as I put it back to normal, the car is now shifting at 7500. I'm going back to the track tomorrow to confirm my suspicion and get my damn 10 sec ET

Yes. I sent a log to whipple wondering the same thing. they told me the RPM set to max will mess up the shifts and it only works on a dyno. they are working on a revision soon. I have a M6 but my buddy had the Auto. Once we turned off the Max RPM the car shifted 7500 all day

Welp that didn't fix the poor 1/8th mile mph. 5 more runs today and 5 more garbage 1/8 miles. In fact it got worse. Hopefully Whipple can provide some good feedback. Should be an easy 10 sec car but its a pig in the middle of the track. Had a stock Hellcat with radials running 100 in the 1/8 but I beat him all day in ET and MPH.
