Anyone actually eliminated the wheel hop in a convertible? If so, wondering what you did.

The only thing that looks like it makes sense on a convertible is the Steeda IRS Subframe Bushing Support System. The BMR cradle bushing lockout kit doesn't fit.

Anyone have any real world experience with a convertible?

I have not eliminated it but I've greatly reduced it by using the BMR cradle bushing lockout kit without the braces and Steeda diff bushing red inserts. When it comes to BMR lockout kit you do have a choice to use the complete kit and remove the OEM braces or use the OEM braces skipping the installation of the BMR ones. I chose the latter.

Yes, you can still use our CB005. You would just discard the fore mounts.

The kit still works tremendously well in that form. Well enough, that I would confidently claim it works as good or better than anything else out there without those front mounts.

If I had a vert....I would do.

BMR-CB005
BMR-BK055
BMR-TCA045
Steed Diff Inserts (Poly)

Now THAT is how you remove all the deflection back there, while maintaining realistic NVH levels. ;)

Awesome, thanks (all) for the input.
I've got the CB005 and will check out the other parts too!
