Your DA was Density Altitude: 440 feet
Relative Density: 98.72 %

That is fair for this time of the year .. The humidity at 78% was killing you at bit ..Your MPH was good , had you had a better 60 time you would be easy low 11s with that MPH ..

your 1/8th mile time needs to be faster its somehow killing your ET time. idk how you are 7mph ahead of me but only less than a tenth faster. your 330 foot mark is strange it seems like you're probably spinning on the 2nd gear shift a little too much. your wheels are the PP so they are 19's not 20's. and you would probably benefit a lot from having a 17" wheel and going with like a 295-55-17 tire. I have the MT street radial 2's and they are the best thing ever. although i am going to go with slicks next time. the problem with tires like your 315-35's is your side wall is so small that you dont get any flexing which will kill traction more than just having a bigger contact patch. think of it like this, Ex. lets say there is 5mm of contact patch when your tire is just sitting on the pavement. then when you accelerate your tire will flex a little as it moves giving you another MM of contact patch. (more tire actually touching the ground.) well a 35mm side wall is very stiff because there is so little of it. kind of like trying to break a really small piece of stick (you cant bend it) well with a 55mm side wall you have plenty of flexing available so instead of the 1 extra mm of contact patch while accelerating you now get 2mm. so you now have an extra 2mm of 295mm of tire contact instead of 1 extra mm of 315mm contact. im sorry if that came off a little confusing.

Nope not confusing at all. I do have to correct you on one thing the rear wheels are 20s. They are remakes of the pp wheel :) I wanted to keep a stock look but greatly improve traction. As with all things this has been a learning experience and I find out that manual cars do much better with a bias ply tire. I don't think the problem is traction. I believe it's the clutch or my first to second shift may be slow. I was feeling spirited one early morning while driving my car and decided to grab 3rd. I didn't realize I was already going too fast for third. I immediately tried for 4th and somehow dumped it into 2nd. The rear tires hooked and it thrashed the clutch. I could smell the clutch on my car 4 hours later. I've had two other times at the track had very good traction and have had the clutch fail and just spin.

oh cool you got those wheels in 20's nice. but yeah its probably your clutch then. which isnt so bad i mean replacing it will only help you out more down the line.

Great! Now you can shave 1-2 tenth with a better 60ft. I got the same Hoosier tire, you may be able to get 1.6's 60 ft. At what rpm your launching?

Great time! What are you running up front besides the Hoosiers? Regular radials?

I think I can shave a few tenths with harder launches and quicker shifts. I launched at about 4500rpms. Have half shafts and MGW to install this week.

Running stock PP Wheel up front.
