No problem, thanks for supporting the Cyclone platform. I like bang for buck mods. :cheers:Thank you for the orders guys!
Why would yours have 3 and everyone else is 4? oddSo update: I noticed my water pump pulley has 3 bolts instead of 4. The 4 bolt pulley I received will not work. :( Is there a 3 bolt version of this pulley for the 3.7 so I can exchange it?
That's always my luck on things lol. I'd be the one person who has the oddball part. :lol:Why would yours have 3 and everyone else is 4? odd
You are correct. Just contacted MMR and they said the 3 bolt version will be out in 2 weeks. They will swap it out for me no charge. Just have to wait to weeks when the new batch of the 3 bolt designs will be complete. The first picture in this thread shows 3 holes and the red one shows 4? Looks like they have two versions.
It's thin but it is still a good bit heavier than the aluminum unit. Most 15s will have 4 while the 16+ have 3. For those who have installed was this really lighter? the stock one is pretty thin.
I don't want to derail the post but point me in that direction please. Im more suspension oriented in modifying. So anything to help traction and body characteristics is my thing..Think of it is a lightweight flywheel but on a much less effective scale. A lightweight flywheel does not add HP/TQ but helps throttle response slightly. There are much better first mods than this such as improving the IRS. The IRS mods was probably some of the best money spent; traction is improved, handling is improved, dynamics are improved, and acceleration is improved due to the car just being able to hook up so much better. All without having to even touch the engine/tune yet.
