If you're thinking about buying the Cervini Chin Spoiler C-Series or have already bought one, you'll want to watch this. Less than 2 weeks of having it on, and it's starting to chip. For $360 I expect better than this.

I contacted them via Instagram. They said that they'll cover it under warranty after I send them a copy of the invoice and my info. Which is nice and all, but it doesn't help cover the money I spent having it installed. Not a complex install, but it does require jack stands. Also, I'm still interested to see if others are having this issue. It's possible that I'm the only one, but unlikely...

Well, that sucks!
Hopefully Cervini will take care of you. Good luck!

This is very interesting. Are you sure that is not road paint?

Please do not be offended. I only ask because it looks like at the 2:03 mark, even your fog light housing has white spots. Now it might be water spots I am seeing, but it did make me wonder.

With you having a white car instead of really any other color offered, it would not be as noticeable on the paint without really looking for it. And black plastic flaking to white is weird to me.

Good luck regardless! I had an issue a few years ago with a grill and they took care of me quite nicely.

JoeMustang is having the same issue in the thread below. So, no it's not road paint.

Also, I'm not sure what you're seeing in the video. Maybe water, I had just washed the car, but there aren't any white spots on my fogs.

Can confirm it is chips. I dropped mine when installing it and it has a tiny chip on the corner of the flange on the leading edge of the wheelarch, and it's definitely white. Since I bought mine privately, I think I'll just dip it when the weather gets better; I've had good luck dipping parts like this in the past.

To Cervini's credit, they did reach out to me. If and when this matter is fully resolved, I'll let everyone know and do another video. Mistakes happen, maybe it was a bad batch. I really like the chin spoiler so I hope the new one doesn't have the same issue.
