Well guys it was in fact a blown fuse. Wish I would’ve checked the fuses days ago and saved everyone and myself a lot of time. 😂 Thank yall for helping me and for all the kindness! I really appreciate it!

Yea I need to get me one of those because it’s hell laying down and trying to pull these with my left hand. Lol! So do I just go to an auto parts store and buy a 20 fuse or does it have to be a specific 20 fuse?

Yes everything else works as it should. It even connects to Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay and shows that the music is playing. I just can’t use any volume button/knobs and when I press the audio button it does nothing.

Yes I’m going to try to find the flash drive I used that has the update on it and see what happens. I haven’t had it checked for code errors. Will AutoZone do that or just a dealership?

Yes everything else works fine. I just can’t use volume/change channel on my steering wheel and I can’t use volume knob or push the audio button on my touchscreen. No sound comes out of the speakers when I’m on Apple CarPlay but the screen shows the song is playing.
