The later. I bought it to replace the physically damaged ECU. Had Flagship flash with OEM calibration. Haven't taken to dealership yet. That is where it is headed soon. I thought I ask the brain trust before I took it over there.
Their light goes solid green when I hit the button but no starter activation. Good battery and have added a Jump Pack to it thinking the battery was low and that didn't help.
I have a 2020 GT350 that needed the ECU replaced because it was damaged. I got a new one from Ford and had Flagship install the OEM calibration on it. Key operates the doors, trunk and alarm. I push the start button and the nothing happens.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Carlos,
I'm in So Cal. I got all brand new OEM replacement from the dealer. The parts were all based on the vehicles vin. They were melted so no way of know if the were exact part numbers.
I'm resurrecting a 2019 GT350 that had an engine fire. I've replaced the motor and all of the wiring harnesses. Do I need to take it to the dealer to program the PCM and BCM for it to start? I'm new at this.
