I am selling an OEM Car Cover, California Special FORD OEM Part # VKR3Z-19A412-C. The cover is brand new in the box, and has never been opened. It is made for a 2019-2022. I bought it earlier this year with the intention of putting it on my car for indoor winter storage. I sold my car a month...
Funny, I did the same thing. Went to several new car dealers and almost no new vehicles at any of them, regardless of make. I'm glad I'm not really in the market right now, but I'm always looking...lol.
I posted about it once before. It came that way and I'm embarrassed to admit I noticed it after I had it transported in an enclosed trailer from the dealership to a storage garage. It was December 28, right after a big snow storm. I noticed that night when looking at the pictures I had taken...
Mine is a 2021, so it may not be the same. Back before Covid a car built in November was usually labeled as the upcoming year. I can't say what my headrests have. But I can go check...lol.
Friday I had 3M Crystalline, 20% tint applied to all windows, except the windshield. Also added a subwoofer, replaced the door speakers and disconnected the center speaker (9 speaker system).
I just had a local audio shop install the MTX TNP212DV Bass Package and new MTX door speakers on Friday. They also disconnected the stock center speaker. I think it sounds much better, and thought it was fairly reasonable.
The center speaker was drowning the others out, and I can hear more...
Thanks for the info. Still trying to decide how much I want to spend on speakers, etc. I've noticed it sounds a little better at higher volume, but still not how I'd like it to sound. I'll mention your suggestions when I go in to a local shop. Thanks!
Sorry you're having to deal with that. I'm glad you weren't hurt! I get it. I hit a deer with my 2012 GT500 (low speed after heavy braking) and didn't want it afterward either. The body shop did a great job replacing the hood, headlight, stripes, blending the paint etc., but I just didn't feel...
I also bought a 2021 with the 9 speaker system, and it sucks! I am nowhere close to being an audiophile, and can only say I am grossly disappointed with the sound of this system!
I am currently driving a rented Jeep Cherokee Latitude (low end model), and I was listening to Pandora in the Jeep...
Took her out yesterday for the first drive since buying her in late December. The active exhaust is awesome! Took it fairly easy and varied speed for part of the initial break-in. Back into storage with an inch of fresh snow and road salt.
Sharp car! What size/brand wheel spacers did you use, and are you happy with them? Can you post a pic or two that will better show the results? Thanks!
