I opened the hood, just normal noise. maybe a tick every 10 to 15 seconds. I went back out after the original video and i can put my foot on gas and ever so slightly increase RPM by about 100 (which given my creaky bones isn't easy) and the noise can be heard.

The only pin that lights up when I touch a grounded probe to it without triggering the switch is pin 10 (10 brown/yellow). As soon as I put the probe on that pin and do nothing else the light on probe activates. Otherwise, pin 19 and 20 require phycallys pressing the switch to get probe light...
