Thinking similarly. I’m leaving the steering wheel and my tools in the trunk for a quick swap in case of an emergency. With a tune I’ve read that you can go back to stock and somehow hide the evidence. Is their any legitimacy to that?

I’ve been thinking about making the switch to E85 but want to know about the reliability. Also what is it going to do for the engine in the long term and what would I gain power wise? I added an aftermarket steering wheel as well but see some saying it doesn’t fully void the warranty.

Just drove it around after a reset and it feels very different already. Much smoother shifts and that first gear doesn’t hit as hard as it did. I have been reading through some threads saying that it could struggle to start in warmer conditions. It was about 90 where I am today

I did test drive it before finalizing the sale and everything seemed clean. Previous owner did oil changes every 3k miles According to carfax which seems very aggressive. I have a feeling myself too that it’s the computer that just needs a reset.

Thanks for the info. :thumbsup: yes sports mode is a lot smoother but just shifting down into that first gear is so aggressive every time. Btw do these cars have radio codes?
