Past few days a added a BMR 4 point lower brace, low profile Steeda jacking rails, SR 1" lowering springs, Roush Cold Air Intake (without tune for now),and a MBRP street H pipe cat back to my 16 GT vert. Drives and sounds completely better than when stock.
I've added a BMR K brace, and it has a strut tower brace. I've ordered the Steeda jacking rail, and SR lowering spring. Eventually ill get struts, shocks and better sway bars. Has anyone completely added all suspension bolt ons to their Vert?
My apologies for not going through all 14 pages. My question is.....what has BMR done to improve S550 Convertibles? I have a strut tower brace, and a K member brace. Will get Jack Rails in the future. Is there something else i can do to help this Vert handle road racing abilities? I am thinking...
I bought my 16 Black Accent Vert because of wife, otherwise I'd have a coupe. But, i will slowly but surely make this a competitive N/A Mustang against any other N/A Mustang. No need to settle with a drop top to look at the sky. Why not have the best of both worlds?? And I'll still daily drive it.
Thank you for that info. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. I will look into replacing the struts and shocks as well. I'm trying to slightly improve my convertible, but no to the level of a track car.
Has anyone done this change? I was given a set recently and I am planning on installing soon. Anyone feel and/or see a difference? Change in ride height?
