Update, it was indeed the PCV valve! I order it at my local Ford dealer for 11€ and replaced it. Now everything sounds good!

Thank you all for your suggestions! I indeed think it's that after more checks yesterday. Does someone know where I can find the PCV valve reference to order a new one online ? Otherwise I will ask my local Ford dealer.

@TheGame1190 it's indeed around that part and sounds very similar. I added a Ford Performance oil catch can few years ago, maybe it's getting loose a bit. You did something specific to fix it ?

The sound doesn't seems to be synchronized with the engine, I will contact my local Ford dealer ASAP just in case. Maybe electrical like usgiorgi said.
