To anyone who owns or have considered purchasing a Roush Mustang, what features (interior, exterior, engine, etc.) would you like to see changed or added?
Last year a 2013 Boss 302 with 4354 miles was advertised for $34K. Currently, a 2013 Boss 302 with 4,484 miles is being advertised for approximately $48K, a difference in $14K Would you expect that much of an increase in price within a year? Most low mileage 302s are going for between 5K to...
I have not completely ruled out getting a Mach 1 and selling my 2016. I would probably have to order one with all the options and the color (orange) that I would want versus trying to find one on a dealer's lot. Due to the current chip shortage, it would probably be late fall before I would...
I agree. There is nothing special about my 2016 to show at a C&C. That is why I was looking at the Boss. At most of the C&Cs that I go to, its not that often that you see a Boss. The only reason that I am considering a later model GT is for occasional track duty with the IRS and an upgraded...
I was thinking about purchasing a 2013 Boss 302, but after searching on Carguru and Autotrader, the current prices for this vehicle is outrageous. Would my money be better spent on an automatic 2018 to 2021 Mustang GT. A low mileage 2013 Boss is about the same price as a late model GT. I am...
I rented a 2021 Mustang GT this week. I loved the sound of the exhaust. Sounded great on start up and at low speeds, but no drone at highway speeds. I have a 2016 Mustang GT and I would love to purchase an axle back that would have a similar sound to the 2021. Any suggestions?
To answer gdillion556's original question, I believe the main reason that the S550 Mustangs don't have the exhaust sound of some previous generation mustangs is because once Ford start selling mustangs in overseas' markets, they had to tune down the exhaust due to more stringent noise requirements.
About 3 months ago, I had a blowout on I75. By the time I got to the next exit ramp (about 1/4 mile), and got off the exit, the tire was down to 5 lbs. of air. After 2 tows, I finally got it to the nearest Ford dealership (about 8 miles) Thank goodness the original tire was still under...
I have owned a 1967 Plymouth GTX, a 1969 Dodge Dart GTS, and a 1971 Mustang Mach 1. As others has stated, the steering was horrible, if you ran through a puddle, you would have little or no braking. There was a lot of wind noise, water leaks around the windows, burnt oil smells and if the...
A few months after I purchase my Mustang, I went to the local Barnes and Nobles. I parked in a section of the lot away from all the other cars. After about 20 minutes I came out and noticed a mid-2000 model Charger parked next to me. It was parked so close to me that I would not been able to...
I will be changing out the standard brakes for the six piston Brembos. Regarding potential track locations, since I live the the Atlanta area, it would be Road Atlanta and Atlanta Motorsports Park. I am also considering installing either the Power Pack 2 or Power Pack 3, so the rev limit will...
