I would suggest not relying on a dealership. It would make sense if Ford were offering 0 or 1% interest but that's not the case here. In effect asking the dealer to arrange financing is the equivalent of giving them extra profit at your expense, with nothing going back your way.
With that said...
Big fan of the John Wick film, standing by for the sequel. Here's the trailer for the first film featuring the Mustang (in the beginning, anyway):

I'd drive it. Bought mine in TX and drove it home to CA the long way. Loved every moment, even during the most violent rainstorm I'd ever driven in (thanks, NM desert). Never had such a comfortable and powerful car. No way I'd give up the experience by renting.
I can understand your CCW concerns but they do seem a bit extreme - guess you'll never go overseas (which is fine, a lot of people don't for whatever reason). You'll definitely never visit CA which is also fine. Bit strange to me to have all your opinions based on the intertubes without ever...
OP, I'd say consider vinyl wrapping - its what I'm slowly doing to my interior. Benefit really is ease of removal upon resale. ATM I've only done my volume and tuning knobs (wrapped in matte black), they simply pull out and pop back in - so easy even I can handle it :) Door pulls are next...
I had this problem also, turned out to be a 4 hour wait while they trucked in the filter and oil. Another time I made an appnt but the 'best qualified' 350 tech didn't start til 1.5 hours after that time.
Lessons learned: Get your own oil and filter, do the job yourself or give it to the...
I've not removed it, can only tell you what I've read: Use a heat gun or blow dryer to loosen the adhesive strip. Dental floss or fishing line to separate the strip from the paint. GooGone to clean up the bits left over.
No idea if it affects the clear coat on removal.
Editorial: Craig's is...
Chiming in for Craig's. Quick install under the lower bumper; no issues after 3k miles in dry and wet weather. Adhesive strip is rock solid. I sometimes check the locking ring and its never loosened up.
Really like this idea and plan on doing the same in black. Can you elaborate how the "how"? I'm a newbie at interior trim removal and my google-fu seems to come up short.
Specifically looking for any guidance you can provide on the door pulls and shifter chrome. Does it just pull right off, or...
For anyone clicking "last page" here's your TLDR:
Vooodooo: Mustang is not a sports car.
Someone: yes it is.
Vooodooo: No it isn't. Here's Merriam Webster's definition.
Someone else: yes it is.
Vooodooo: No. Here's a Converse All Star analogy.
Someone else: What. Here's a pic of...
I envy guys who live in flat areas and/or the burbs. Being an SF resident every day is scrape day despite angle of approach.
Partial workaround for parking given there's no front camera and no easy aftermarket camera integration is Curb Alert. Several vendors sell it; basically gives you an...
For you, brother. Be sure to let us know how it works out.

I have Redline Plus installed on my 350 (bought from LMR) and highly recommend them. I was on the fence about doing this, really not an urgent mod until... story time:
Pull over for gas. Guy rolls up in his F150, gets out and is really excited to talk about the car. Said its the first he's...
He said he did, but didn't want to use that amount of force. But wait, there's more. The Service Manager apologized for the very long wait time (IDC, pretty mellow about that - take all the time you need for my car) which was fine. But then he said: ".. and we had to take the wheel off, and...."...
