I have the same issue after replacing my bad stick one due to the center bearing being bad. Was looking at exhaust and found the grease ring. Not sure if I can add grease, tighten it or loosen it, or get a new shaft.
I just found this same issue after replacing my old driveshaft with a used one (with a good carrier bearing). Did you ever find out what the issue was and did you regrease it or replace the driveshaft? I donāt think these can be greased from what I saw.
Ya all lowered. Different setups. One guy was setup for track. Iām just basic stock. But mine was found cause of a noise. I chased it down to the shock thinking the shock mount was bad. Turned out the bolts holding the shock were causing the metal to make the popping sound. And once the shock...
All I can say that in my case everything installed has been stock or stock like. I never tracked the car, launched hard or anything dramatic. Itās a daily driver with 180k miles and Texas city streets. If there ever was an install that failed it would have been a design failure cause all...
My car was stock shock and stock mounts. I did have steeda mounts on for a short time but the top bearing went out and I replaced them. The car does have 178k miles on it lowered with some 20ā wheels after having the stock PP1 wheels on for about 6k miles. I have always had rear hubs burn out on...
So I had my rear shock bolts pull out of the mounting point on the frame/body area. Iāve read up and see the valid repair is to weld the BMR Shock mounts (new version) in place and call it a day. I was about to order them when I read that it works with all shocks that use M10-1.5 nuts. Does...
So the nuts wound up breaking off all together. This was once I pulled the shock off and once I tocuked the nuts they fell off. Is there a replacement plate or something?
How was the broken shock mount area fixed? I have the issue right now and donāt if the panels needs to be replaced or just weld the shock mount to the bodyā¦.please help
Don't believe dealer has done any actual work or diagnostic. They jus turn it on and let it sit. If the light doesn't come on (low oil pressure) they give it back and say its all good. After digging through paperwork for the lawyer I found the issue was first reported to FORD at 8,ooo+ miles...
Just saw that my GT PP Premium (With Redline Recaro interior) has a bubble on driver side. Seems like it is peeling up. Really beginning to hate this car!! NEVER BUYING A NEW FORD AGAIN!!!
Well I think this is like year 6 of the coyote motor isn't it? In my research I found similar issues with 14's as well. There is a TSB for the 15 gt symptom. Had dealer do the fix, (flash pcm) but accomplished nothing. I think its either vacuum, mechanical (pump gears) or electric TB. But I'm no...
Ford won't fix it. Trust me. They will bring it in, dance around the issue, cause they dont really know, fix things you dont need fixed, and send you on your way with their fingers crossed that you won't come back. Mine has been in 6 time (once for an entire week) and now they won't even talk to...
