I have done total of three runs and I managed to get 6.0sec (this is 0-100KM/H or 0-62MP/H) with 94 Octane all nannies off, non-PP MT with AS tires... And I am certainly not a professional driver...
What they describe is what I felt the only time I ran regular...
I don't remember who said it but there it is: "A meteorite hitting your car on the highway is an accident, everything else is a driver's mistake" and I fully agree with it.
That being said, there is no need to be mean to the other driver - it won't bring you anything good and there is a good...
It does but so what - the thieves basically amplify the signal from the car to the fob and from the fob to the car tricking the car to "believe" your fob is close to the door. It is still your fob "answering"
Of course you can put a remote starter on a manual transmission car - there are many brands offering that (google for more but some info: http://www.mobileedgeonline.com/can-i-get-a-remote-car-starter-on-a-manual-transmission/ ). For cars with an immobilizer like Mustang, you would need a bypass...
~19k since May 2015 (DD)... no issues apart from the cooled seats TSB and a sun visor that had a missing clamp from factory :)
was parked for a couple of weeks due to the snow but my winter car (a civic) decided to start overheating in the coldest day and is in the shop for pump replacement...
I really don't understand dealers like that one... It is not like they do this work for free and even though Ford won't pay them the full time (it most likely will take them more than the 1.2 hours for the both seats) they can schedule this during their low time... Such a lack of entrepreneurial...
Hey guys, just had my first oil change and mentioned that the back is not cooling. They took it in and they diagnosed it as an issue with the seat blower motor assembly and ordered the part based on TSB 15-0144 (who can tell what this TSB is for exactly?). Will see the result once the part is...
how do you position your foot on the brake? If you place the entire foot on the brake flat (the way people do it on automatics) then it will be challenging to reach the gas pedal (and keep consistent pressure on the brakes). I am not an expert and it is not hard to reach both brake and gas pedals...
Nah, it's not too bad... the real problem are the grabby brakes (though in my non-pp EB they are workable)... the pedal spacing is OK - in my normal braking I slightly touch the gas pedal so HT is not a problem (I do it occasionally here and there)
Good advices - doesn't hurt to be prepared... but it largely depends on the dealer. The way it went with me - I went to the dealer and asked if I can test-drive the EB... During the test drive, the sales person started selling me the car at which point I politely mentioned that I know everything...
Similar here... I am a big euro cars guy (used to make fun of american cars) - had BMW 320i and 330i and really liked them, then Subbie (hate that car). Last year went to test the BRZ after reading hundreds of reviews. I drove it for about 30 minutes and was feeling completely underwhelmed...
Hey guys,
I have had my EB MT6 for about 10 days and managed to drive it about 1200 KM already (love the car BTW)... I noticed recently something while driving on the highway - while engine braking in 5h or 4th, I hear very quiet noise that "feels" like coming from the transmission or engine...
And I just went to the dealer to check it (not even washed yet)... no misalignments or other issue that I could see... supposed to take delivery Thursday (still hasn't passed PDI even) :)
